Creating an Event Setup

Go to the WhereToRaceRC website site http://www.wheretoracerc.com/events.php .

Click on Directors to sign in as an admin.

You will be presented with a Club Login section. This is where you will manage all club events.

Sign in using the provided userID and password.

Once signed in another section will display showing, ‘Club Name: WARCRC is logged in, Club ID #70’.

To manage events, click Event Setup

In the Event List, click New Event

Enter the event information in Event Name. For Track, click the scroll down arrow to select the event location

Check both the Post this event and Allow entry to this event. Next, click the scroll down arrow to bring up the calendar, then

select the event date. Follow this by selecting the Sign up Cutoff Date. The next 3 sections will not be used.

Before submitting the new event, verify that all is correct. You will not be able to delete this event after it has been submitted.

You will now be presented with the newly created event as seen below. Locate the Setup Classes cell and click classes

Scroll down to see the Event Class Setup Sheet. Locate and check off the following classes below for this event. Then click Submit.

· 2.2 Class Crawlers

· Novice Class Crawler

· Super Class Crawlers
